ADDENDUM: PRESS RELEASE 5/17/2010 Upcoming book presents the AUTHORIZED and OFFICIAL Biography of Melba, Idaho, USA – May 17, 2010: Joseph Smith, the Mormon prophet, could be the most controversial and mysterious religious figure of the past two hundred years. While volumes have been written about him—both in praise and contempt—the reality is that very little is known about what occupied his thoughts and the meaning behind his actions.
The effect upon the world of Joseph Smith’s claim of face-to-face contact with “resurrected” human beings has been profound, mainly from the inception of several religious groups, the largest of which is the current Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS), with almost 14 million members. Those believing Joseph was a “prophet of God” are in prominent positions of authority in politics, business, religion, and military the world over. Unfortunately for them, once this book is available, all sects of Mormonism will find themselves in a dilemma of forced self-introspect. If Joseph was instructed to join none of the existing churches, then why did he organize a church? If he was told “many other things” that he could not write, then what were those things? These are just a few of the many questions that cannot be answered by any of the opposing Mormon religious groups. Nevertheless, in order to finalize an accurate and complete true history of Joseph’s life, these questions must be considered and fully answered. This book, Without Disclosing His True Identity—the Authorized and Official Biography of the Mormon Prophet Joseph Smith Jr., will answer every question ever considered about the beginnings of Mormonism. It will finalize the debate on such Mormon controversies as polygamy, the dark race issue, priesthood authority, the rejection of Joseph as a prophet by most of his intimate friends, and many other doctrines and events that have remained unknown and unexplained to this day. Christopher (he uses no last name), the author, makes the claim that this book is written under the direction of the resurrected Joseph, himself. His agenda is to counter everything that has ever been written about Joseph Smith and Mormonism and present the world with the real truth. Believers and critics alike will have to revisit their own beliefs about Joseph Smith and either discard all they have previously accepted concerning him, or become more entrenched in defending their false assumptions of the man. If Joseph Smith truly is a “resurrected being,” then it follows that he would be available to assist in the authorized biography of his life. The reader will be left to decide for themselves. One reader anticipating the book writes, “Finally, a book that will cause all factions of Mormonism AND skeptics of Joseph alike, to simultaneously and with embarrassment exclaim, ‘We were wrong!’” For more information, please contact Pearl Publishing, LLC: Email: pr@pearlpublishing.net
